This role will be based at our clients site in Birmingham.The role of a Customer Service Assistant is a dynamic, customer-focused role, which is suited towards applicants who are hardworking and charismatic.Customer Service Assistants will be responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience, ensuring that they feel comfortable at all times.
