Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Duration: 10 monthsLocation: Birmingham/ remote (fully remote after initial training) Salary: £25147.50 per annum plus 5% performance bonusPontoon is an employment consultancy.   • Handle a wide range of customer activity, including inbound and outbound phone calls, enquiries, complaints, and technical support requests.
  • Process customer requests through our systems.
  • Create an environment that fosters team development and accountability.
  • Handle both voice and non-voice contact with customers.
Working Hours:Our Customer Service Centre operates Monday - Friday from 8am to 8pm, and Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays from 9am to 5pm. Please note that this role involves shift work, and a 5% shift allowance is included in your pay package. You will work a 4-weekpattern with opportunities for overtime, paid at an increased rate, depending on operational requirements.Example Shift Pattern:- Week 1: 10am - 6pm (weekend off)- Week 2: 8am - 4:30pm (1 weekday off, Saturday and Sunday working 9am - 5pm)- Week 3: 8am - 4pm (1 weekday off, weekend off)- Week 4: 1pm - 8pm (weekend off)Key Skills:
