You will work a 4-week pattern with opportunities for overtime, paid at an increased rate, depending on operational requirements.Your pattern will look similar to the below, however, can be subject to change.Week 1: 10am - 6pm (weekend off)Week 2: 8am - 4:30pm (1 weekday off, Saturday and Sunday working 9am - 5pm)Week 3: 8am - 4pm (1 weekday off, weekend off)Week 4: 1pm - 8pm (weekend off)You will have a passion for customers and the ability to plan, prioritise and execute your own workload. You will deal with a wide variety of customer activity such as inbound and outbound phone calls, enquiries, complaints, and technical support requests.KEY SKILLS
