Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service AdvisorHours: 37Type: Temporary OngoingLocation: Solihull, B37Start Date: ASAPAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key member of our Contact Centre team, handling various customer inquiries. This includes dealing with a range of services such as housing, homelessness, rents, and repairs. You will be responsible for providinghigh-quality, customer-focused service, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to calls, emails, voicemails, and texts within agreed timescales and service standards.
  • Strive for First Contact Resolution by resolving inquiries and transactions without the need for further referrals whenever possible.
  • Effectively manage workload fluctuations associated with housing-related inquiries.
  • Accurately input data into computer systems.
  • Consistently meet specified targets for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing procedures and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and collectively improve individual and team performance.
  • Complete outbound activities in alignment with team objectives.
  • Adhere to relevant company policies.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the Team Manager or Customer Contact Manager, and ensure a safe working environment in accordance with our clients Health and Safety Policy.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literacy and ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
