Your responsibilities involve handling incoming calls and inquiries from residents, applicants, and external agencies,covering various frontline services such as housing, homelessness, rents, and repairs. You are committed to answering all contacts promptly and courteously, meeting agreed service standards. Your aim is to provide high-quality assistance, resolving customerinquiries at the first point of contact whenever possible. As a valued member of the Contact Centre team, you contribute to maintaining an excellent standard of service for all our customers and clients.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
