Textile Customer Service AdministratorBirminghamPosition now available at a fast growing online fabric retailer. If you have a passion for fabric and textiles, then you will love this role.Duties include:- Customer service (email replies and answering the phone)- Social Media Posts- Producing fabric descriptions for website- Advising customers on fabrics- Website product entry and fabric photos- Administration- Dispatching orders- Fabric blog writingRequired Education, Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate will thrive in their role as well as be able to see the wider picture to ensure the smooth running of the online business.
