  • Position:Customer Sales Advisor
  • Type:Full Time, Permanent
  • Salary:£24,000 per annum with a £1,000 bonus
  • Store Size:4-person team
  • Schedule:Working hours from 8:00 to 4:30 pm or 9 am to 6 pm
  • 5 days out of 7, with 1 in 4 weekends Saturday: 8 AM to 5 PmSunday: 10 AM to 4 PM
Role OverviewImagine being the heartbeat of a dynamic company dedicated to ensuring Access customers consistently receive unparalleled service. As a Customer Sales Advisor, you wont just provide day-to-day assistance – youll be the driving force behind the overall cleanliness,appearance, and effectiveness of our operation. In the absence of other management, you might even find yourself taking the reins in various store activities.Principle Objectives:As a Customer Sales Advisor, your mission is two-fold: guaranteeing Access customers an outstanding level of service while ensuring the highest sales for the Company. Ready to take on the challenge Heres what it involves:
  • Contribute to achieving the financial targets of the store.
  • Identify and quantify the potential for increasing occupancy and revenue within the store.
  • Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer.
  • Ensure the store presents itself at the pinnacle of cleanliness.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety procedures for the benefit of customers and staff alike.
  • Consistently comply with all company procedures.
Main Duties:Get ready to make a difference in your day-to-day activities:
  • Deal effectively with sales inquiries from customers over the telephone and face-to-face, advising and selling the range of available services to potential and existing customers.
  • Maximize every sales inquiry to ensure the store hits its target.
  • Complete all administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store.
  • Embrace lone working; take key holder responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager and Supervisors.
  • Take on forklifting duties when required.
  • Keep store bad debt to a minimum by implementing procedures and controls for recovery.
  • Tackle ad hoc duties with enthusiasm.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Sales and upselling in storage space, packaging.
  • Working with KPI targets
  • Previous sales experience and ability to work towards targets
Person Specification:Do you have what it takes
  • A good level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to speak clearly and demonstrate effective listening skills in both face-to-face and phone interactions.
  • Self-discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work within guidelines and procedures.
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment and adaptable to lone working.
  • Project confidence and knowledge of Company products and services upon completion of the induction and probation period.
Accountable to:Store ManagerResponsibilities:Take charge of:
  • Day-to-day liaison with customers.
  • Achieving a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Meeting weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Lone working.
  • Physical rounds of the store and units.
  • Forklifting, where applicable.
  • Housekeeping.
