Job Description

Customer Account Executive ColeshillUp to £24,800 + 10% Bonus The CompanyThis is an SME that has a 5-star rating and supplies into 100 countries with over 6000 customers.Why Would I Want to Work HereA business that is investing heavily in training and development of its staff and provide internal communications, so you are always aware of what is going on within the business. The role comes with free parking, quarterly and annual company bonuses, freetea and coffee, 25 days holiday plus BHs and full training is provided. Working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 9:00 am - 5:30 pm on a rota basis with agreed work from home after 6 months of training.The Role of Customer Account ExecAs an Account Manager you create long-term, trusting relationships with customers. The Customer Account Managers role is to oversee a portfolio of customers, ensure all customers receive an experience that is second to none.The scope of the role

  • Manage the day-to-day customer experience for a portfolio of customers ensuring agreed service standards are provided and coordinating corrective action as required
  • Manage customer orders, prepare and proactively follow up on quotations
  • Ensure contractually agreed service standards are provided to individual customers and, where necessary, liaise with the operations and other functional areas to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner to the customers satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to contracts outside the defined portfolio base, as required
  • Effectively utilise the relevant software to maintain accurate and up to date records and provide related reports as required.
Experience Required
  • International languages required and proficient in English, writing and speaking
  • Good understanding and interest in E-Commerce and using online tools and software
  • BA/BS degree (preferably in business administration or similar subject area) or relevant account management experience
  • Solid experience with order processing through Software, CRM software and Office 365
