Job Description

CRM MANAGER (10 month FTC)BIRMINGHAM (hybrid)£45,000 - £55,000 + benefitsContractor open to a maternity cover role FTE but interested in trying something newTake a look at this leading business, looking to ensure best customer communications and maximising customer loyalty across the customer lifecycle!THE COMPANY

THE ROLEYou will be filling in the CRM Manager role as a maternity cover. Specifically, you will get to:
  • Focus on customer loyalty across the customer lifecycle, improving their experience and ensuring a fully positive customer journey
  • Create meaningful and innovative campaigns that inspire customer loyalty and drive business success
  • Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation of different customer demographics and journeys
  • Focus on customer loyalty, lifetime value, acquisition, retention and churn - how can you ensure customers subscribe to their programme, and how can you use data to provide insights
  • Manage a team of 4, focusing on development, progression and success, as well as prioritisation so you can work on the bigger goal
YOUR SKILLS - WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FORThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience using a CRM software and campaign management tool, e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience leading on projects and managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with colleagues around the business
  • Strong understanding of the commercial benefits of CRM, being able to work with stakeholders to ensure these are maximised across the business
