CRM Data Analytics & Insight Manager is required to focus on customer centric data analysis and produce analytical reports designed to improve the businesss CRM & campaign strategy to help support commercial performance.Reporting to the Head of Data & Insight, youll champion CRM data strategy and contribute to the development of data marts, building an effective analytical capability that will drive customer understanding and retention performance. Youll produce the kind of analytics that enhances customer loyalty whilst contributing to an overriding data strategy. Interfacing with multiple teams within the business, including IT, Commercial, Ecommerce and Marketing, this role will be pivotal in driving a customer centric insight.Responsibilities;* Build analytical data marts for marketing, insight and customer analysis teams to improve analysis and reduce processing time.* Analysis of customer data using insight to set strategic direction & communications plan (both on & offline)* Work with data analysts across other teams to understand and unlock insight to identify opportunities* Create and communicate effective ways to track the performance of customer segments* Deliver reporting of the department updating key stakeholders* Continuously think of ways to automate campaigns and reports and simplify processes* Continuously look for opportunities to optimise and enhance customer data.* Ensure data selections are fit for purpose and adhere to GDPR compliance* Development of propensity modelling and customer-based segmentation - ensuring they are maintained and updated accurately* Produce data driven insights and recommendations for improvements* Line management responsibility for 1 direct reportSkills;* Degree level qualification in a relevant subject* Results focused with a demonstrated track record of making informed decisions quickly within a CRM / Database Marketing function* Well-founded CRM based loyalty analytics experience* Strong Analysis & Insight Skills* Self-Starter; be able to recommend and take ownership of analytical insight* Dataset experience, building and maintaining large data sets for analytical purposes* Experience of effective campaign design and execution* Working knowledge of CRM campaign software, ideally Adobe* Strong SQL skills, ability to create and execute queries to extract and report on data sets* Additional Business Intelligence / Analytical experience (i.e. SAS, SPSS, Saleforce, Faststats)The role offers a highly competitive remuneration package with exceptional career opportunities within the business.
