Job Description

OverviewH9 Technical Recruitment are looking for highly skilled and dedicated Crew Manager to handle the daily operational management of Renewable Service supervisors, blue collars, and sub-contractors to execute projects in the UK & Ireland.This position is home based.Role & Responsibilities

  • The Crew Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are always manned with competent crew while complying with UK regulations and company procedures.
  • You will report directly to the Operations Director in Denmark and take the daily operational reins in terms of planning, recruiting and time management.
  • In a proactive and structured fashion, you allocate and manage the supervisors and crew members, coordinate, and plan the weekly roster ensuring crew availability and report time spent for both salary and finance purposes.
  • You will be responsible for performance reviews and coordinating routinely held department meetings. Retention, crew supplier contracts and stakeholder management are also part of the responsibilities.
Skills & Experience
  • You will be experienced in MS Office 365 and resource planning tools.
  • Proven experience working actively with NAECI
  • Experience in working with crew/workmen and knows how to manage them in terms of work planning, time management and salary
  • Proven experience in operational management - recruitment and retention
  • Proactive and positive attitude, ability to corporate in an open and constructive manner
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility both internally and externally.
  • International experience is an advantage. You write and speak English at an advanced level.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with resource planning and deployment.
  • Management of training of staff Ensuring UK HSE compliance, safety passports, certificates is always in date.
  • Available to go to active sites, conversation with the employees.
