In the job youll be tasked with the following:* Managing your own portfolio* High volumes of calls and working closely with debt recovery and solicitors* Running reports off excel* Liaise with banking and treasury to ensure receipts are being processed* Dealing with the invoices and commercial clients* Managing a ledger of up to 500 accounts----The Candidate:The ideal candidate for this Credit Controller position will have relevant experience in the following:* Dealing with high volumes of accounts and ledger values* Experience in a similar role* Ability to liaise with internal and external clients* PM accounting systems (Yardi, MRI, Horizon)* Good knowledge of spreadsheet* Strong MS Excel skillsThe ideal person for the role will be the following:* Able to travel to the Birmingham office a few days a week* Able to work of your own initiative* To communicate effectively and provide support other members of the team* Work well under pressure Does that sound like you If so, wed love to see your CV.
