Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a global organisation based in Birmingham City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team as a Credit Control Relationship Technician on a 12-month FTC.Summary Working in an established credit control function, you will have outstanding communication and relationship management skills, building trusted partnerships with brokers and stakeholders across the business.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with brokers and stakeholders across the business
  • Matching ledger entries to cash receipts
  • Preparation of cash payment refunds
  • Raising claim payments to clients bank account
  • Direct Debit processing
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Preparing statements and monthly Remittances
  • Reporting on the monthly status of all aged debts
  • Documenting and periodically reviewing internal credit control
  • management of aged debts, unallocated cash
  • Recording policy, premium, claims & tax information
  • Using multiple systems, ensuring entry data is consistent at each point
Skills and experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Meticulous, analytical, and strong attention to detail
  • Able to handle large amounts of data whilst maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Computer skills - good working knowledge of MS Office Excel
Package and benefits
  • Monday - Friday 35 hours, flexible between 8 am - 6 pm
