With lots of career progression and training on offer, combined with socials and great team dynamic, this really is a fab business to be a part of!Description As the Senior Branding Designer, you will report in to the Creative Manager and it will be down to you to commercially translate and produce highly creative brand led communications, including new brand and sub brand identities with full roll out across multiplegraphic design elements including digital and printed POS and packaging. Its an extremely fast paced environment and youll often be working to quick turnarounds and tight deadlines.On a day to day basis you can expect to:* Produce mood boards and create concepts for brands and sub-brands. Able to pitch your ideas confidently to the Marketing Department* Create multiple and varying graphic design assets adapted to suit use and form e.g. web, social, in-store, packaging, product and corporate presentations and videos and in-house photography art direction* Generate and implement brand guidelines across all brands* Create brand playbooks to support consistent output with internal and external teams* Inspire the creative team and lead by example. Whether that be by conducting regular research, producing mood boards on latest graphic design trends (including photography and typography styles) to constantly raise the level of creative output within thestudio* Manage multiple projects and tasks on a daily basisExperienceTo be considered for the role of Senior Branding Designer, you must be able to demonstrate you:* Have experience in a similar role, with a portfolio full to bursting of branding led campaigns that span packaging, POS, social, digital and video* Can lead by example, as you will be the inspiration to the rest of the team. Able to inspire, nurture and support.* Can adhere to brand guidelines, whilst applying a high level of creative thinking to constantly raise the bar in regards to the creative produced* Are highly proficient across all Adobe Suite packages - Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (After Effects and Premier Pro desirable)* Have an understanding of cutter guides and packaging creation* Have a good knowledge of digital design creation, including UX* Have an understanding of the print processRemunerationThis brilliant global brand are looking to pay up to £38,000 for the right person and offer flexible working and other great benefits.
