A wonderful, forward thinking and award winning law firm based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking a people focused, caring and diligent Caseworker to work within their Court of Protection team. Supporting a number of vulnerable clients, the successfulapplicant will have prior experience of working with individuals and providing advice whether that be from within a banking, financial services, insurance or legal setting. This role is a full time, permanent role working hybrid in their City Centre offices.Salary is dependent on experience.Day to day the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a number of individuals who aren’t able to look after themselves. This involves managing their household and personal budgets, paying bills, organising contractors, helping to deescalateemergency situation, producing reports, processing payments alongside general administration experience.The ideal candidate will have experience within Court of Protection as an administrator or caseworker, though this is not essential. You will need to have solid administration experience, excellent client service skills, exposure to working with vulnerablepeople alongside solid IT skills.
