Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team based at the prestigious Three Snowhill offices in Birmingham City Centre, which is the largest office development outside of London. We are passionate aboutproviding our clients with a professional, five-star service that can be relied upon and we are looking for people who can demonstrate the same values.The role will require excellent customer service skills to cover the reception area answering the phones and meeting and greeting guests in a pleasant and professional manner. In addition to this you will take the lead planning on-site events that will appealto our tenants for nationally celebrated events and awareness days such as Birmingham Pride, Mental Health Awareness week etc.The site provides some exceptional benefits for employees such as an on-site gym, free underground parking, a sauna, shower facilities and excellent public transport links.The contracted hours for this vacancy are 45 hours per week working Monday to Sunday ( 5 days on, 2 days off) from 08:00am - 5:00pm. The salary is £26,604 per annum.Main Duties:Manage building access and ensuring all visitors are supplied with ID passes and provided any relevant information in a friendly and concise manner.Notify the appropriate Managers of the arrival of their visitors with minimal delay and arrange hospitality as required.General reception and administration duties as required by management.Devise event concepts that will interest young professional audiences and bring them to life within agreed timescales.Effectively organise and execute activities to ensure events are high quality and run smoothly i.e. - catering/hospitality, marketing materials to generate interest from tenants, complimentary gifts which may include alcoholic products etc.Prepare accurate costings and submit for approval in a timely manner, chasing up where necessary.Work with 3rd party suppliers and act as the first point of contact for all queries.Where appropriate, contact charities and organise collections for good causes through our awareness events.To be successful in the role, you will need:Corporate Receptionist experienceA professional manner with excellent customer service skillsExcellent PC skills to include Outlook, Word and ExcelHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExperience coming up with creative ideas and project managing events from start to finishSIA training will be provided for the right candidate which will be essential to ensure the security of the building.What will you get in return
