The Pan-European team has grown rapidly in the last four years with over 60 colleaguesin London and a total of 140 across EMEA. The team has a diverse range of backgrounds including investment bankers, Big 4, lawyers, actuaries, cyber security experts as well as human capital and risk & insurance specialists. The teams focus is across two core strategies. Firstly, to be the leading provider of specialist transaction related advisory services, stretching far beyond traditional risk and insurance due diligence. Our broader advisory capabilities include Cyber Security,Human Capital (pension, heath and benefits, compensation and talent) plus Intellectual Property advisory. Our Transactions Solutions capabilities deliver structured risk transfer instruments covering Warranty & Indemnity insurance and a range of risk transfer solutions for tax, litigation plus other contingent risks. Finally, we arrange credit/bonding solutionsto enable clients to optimise their capital structure. A key focus is developing insurance and alternative capital solutions to reduce exposure to downside risks and cashflow volatility, which can improve risk weighted returns and enhance equity returns.The AMATS UK Regions Team operates in the UK Regions and has principal responsibility for coverage of the UKs regional Financial Sponsors, Advisors and engagement across all of Aons Corporate and Advisory UK Retail teams.About the Role Your impact:

  • Proactive identification and generation of transaction activity with Aons extensive Corporate client base;
  • Working with the regional Aon UK Retail Regions to develop the Corporate Client coverage model across the UK, principally in the Midlands and Southern Regions;
  • Own and developed trusted advisory relationships across a range of key target clients;
  • Deliver revenue growth from target clients through managing the delivery of high-quality client service and deliverables;
  • Act as a Corporate M&A subject matter expert to support other client teams develop relationships, win and deliver engagements;
