Corporate Finance Partner - West MidlandsExcellent Package & Remote/Hybrid work optionsClark Wood have recently been instructed by highly reputable West midlands based accoutnancy business, to source an experienced Corporate Finance Director or Partner.They key focuses of the role would be concentrating upon M&A work, transactions, funding, forecasting, with some additional exposure to lead advisory work and due diligence.Clients would be mid market OMBs and SMEs, so an overall advisory mindset and skillset would be required. Deals in the region of £5mil to £200 mil.As Corporate Finance Director or Partner you will bridge the gap between the Executives and the Senior Management team, by not only delivering the more complex reporting, but working with the more junior team members to provide guidance and support.You will be able to lead meetings and relationships with your clients, providing detailed guidance on the information delivered and guide them through the transaction.Acting as a lead on assignments, you will be able to pull all aspects together through strong leadership and technical ability.
