We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Analystto be based at our Head Office in Birminghamwith the option offlexible working.The goal of the Conversion Rate Optimisation team is to use data to make informed decisions about how to improve our UK websites and accurately measure the impact of these changes through A/B or multivariate testing.As well as this we maintain analyticsand tagging across our UK websites, providing valuable reporting and insight to the wider business from realtime transaction and error monitoring to machine learning based revenue prediction models.Working with a small team you will support this activity by analysing performance across our UK sites, identifying problem areas and developing AB and MVT tests to improve our sites conversion rate performance for a variety of key metrics.As part of thisyou will be expected to be proactive and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of the website using a variety of tools to identify potential UX issues and formulate testing hypothesise to fix these issues.You will become expert in using on site testing to drive conversion rate improvements; designing and researching tests, monitoring results and interpreting conclusions.You will also be responsible for maintaining our Google Analytics and Google Tag Managerset up and configuration, ensuring we are collecting the right data from our online platforms to be used by the wider business.You will use your data skills to build, manage and maintain reports and dashboards on website performance to be distributed throughout the wider business.Key aspects of the role...
