Contracts Manager - Industrial and Commercial Roofing and Cladding RefurbishmentsLocation: Birmingham, UKSalary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (subject to experience) + Car/Expenses, Laptop, and MobileAbout:My client is a well-established leader in industrial and commercial roofing and cladding refurbishments, renowned for delivering excellence in every project. Headquartered in Birmingham, they pride themselves on innovation, quality craftsmanship, and clientsatisfaction.As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of roofing and cladding refurbishment projects. You will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that projects arecompleted on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a thorough understanding of the roofing and cladding industry.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage roofing and cladding refurbishment projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Effectively coordinate project teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Identify and resolve challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the industrial and commercial roofing and cladding sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of roofing and cladding materials, systems, and installation processes.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to construction projects.
  • A relevant qualification in construction or a related field is advantageous.
