They work hard to enable their staff to develop and grow within the business, which in turn contributes to their high quality serviceand ongoing success. They now see the company require a Contracts Manager as the business continues to expand and grow through continuous successful tenders.In this role, you will work on bespoke and technically challenging projects. You will be running allocated projects creating programs of works, selecting and coordinating subcontractors, review designs of projects ahead of commencement and ensure all permitsand license are in place ahead of site commencement. You will deliver programs on time and in budget and attend senior meetings reporting findings from your allocated multiple projects. This role would ideally suit an experienced Contracts Manager with knowledgeof JCT/NEC contracts.The role will enable career development and progression in a UK leading construction contractor and will provide varied technically challenging work whilst joining a growing company with competitive salary and opportunity excel in skills and your careerwith your best interests at heart.The Role:
