Job Profile for Contracts Manager - SW253210Our client, a Main Contractor, specialising in the Retail sector, are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them based from their Birmingham office on a full-time permanent basis. The Contracts Manager will be working alongside the MD focusing on a range ofretail fitout project with values from £50k to £2M, acting as a principal contractor. The Contracts Manager will be office based with a couple of days each week spent out on site visits.It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior retail fitout experience and will be West Midlands based.
