Due to their success and increased workload, they are looking for a Contracts manager that can meet the higher demand and take them to the next stages of success. They are looking for a candidate that is open to working in different locations covering projects across the UK.The role:The successful candidate must be computer literate and able to undertake the following tasks: -- Manage and update a workload tracker- Attend site scoping meeting- Undertake site surveys- Be accountable for full site management from site set up through to completion- Preconstruction set up of projects including the co-ordination of consultants and suppliers- Compiling site safety files, CPHSPs and RAMs- Completing material requisitions / Coordinating trades / Arranging Transport- Undertake regular site visits- Weekly reporting against programme, quality and cost including H&S The Person:
