If youre looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, read on!Position: Contracts Administrator Location: Kings Norton, Birmingham, UK Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum Working Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to FridayAbout the Company: Our client is a well-established company operating in Birmingham, specialising in construction. They pride themselves on delivering top-notch services to their clients and maintaining strong relationships with engineers and customersalike.Responsibilities: As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts and effective communication with engineers and clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Liaising with Engineers: Communicating regularly with engineers to coordinate appointments and ensure all contractual obligations are met promptly.
  2. Client Interaction: Engaging with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Multitasking and Scheduling: Efficiently managing multiple tasks, including appointment scheduling and contract administration, to ensure deadlines are met.
  4. High-Quality Work: Working diligently to uphold a high standard of accuracy and precision in contract administration.
  5. Quick Learner: Demonstrating an ability to adapt to new processes and systems swiftly, maximizing efficiency.
