Churchill Howard is working in partnership with a multi-site, commercial organisation based in Birmingham, seeking to recruit an outstanding Contract Finance Manager to form a key part of their finance team. This role will support in the management of tenderswithin the business and as such, requires a strong communicator - capable of influencing at the highest level. There are clear pathways to career progression, and you will be supported by a talented and knowledgeable leadership team. * Financial Support and Estimation: Provide financial support to teams by estimating, reviewing, and challenging tender requirements.* Tender Model Creation: Develop new tender models using appropriate software or Microsoft packages.* Commercial Insights: Offer commercial insights and analysis for tenders.* Strategic Support: Assist the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) throughout the tender process.* Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage in business partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders.* Financial Monitoring: Ensure accuracy of all financial offers by monitoring the Profit and Loss (P+L).* Reporting Suite: Assist the SLT in maintaining and creating a suite of financial reports.This role requires a strategic mindset, emphasising the ability to analyse extensive data and distill relevant information for effective decision-making and financial reporting.Applicants of all ages and backgrounds with the relevant skills and experience are encouraged to apply.
