Construction Project ManagerSynopsis: A well-established quantity surveying and project management construction consultancy who work on industrial, commercial, education, leisure, and health projects is currently looking for a construction project managerLocation: Solihull (B26)Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + (car allowance, bonus, BUPA, pension, 25 days holiday)About the company This construction consultancy is a firm of project managers and quantity surveyor who work predominately on industrial, commercial, education, health and leisure projects. The company offer their staff great project exposure, excellent career growth and promotion, and a generous salary and benefits package.About the roleYou will need to be a Construction Project Manager with circa 3 years plus experience and the ability to lead projects in a team environment and report directly to the client. You and the team will be responsible for seeing projects from inception through to completion and ensuring you complete them to the highest standard, within time and within budget. You will need a good understanding of construction technology and be able to carry out inspections and reports. You will also need some experience in construction procurement and JCT contractsIt will be a strong advantage if you have previous experience in industrial, education or multi-room sectors. It is also an advantage if you are professionally qualified by the MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM with a consultancy background.(Candidates that are in the process of gaining a professional qualification will be considered and actively supported)COVID-19 workingThe company is currently operating remotely with limited office working.
