Job Description

Our client, a Construction Consultancy based in Northampton, Bristol and Birmingham are seeking a Project Manager to join them due to continued growth and a busy work stream. The Project Manager will be based from their Northampton, Bristol or Birmingham,Bristol or Birmingham office, working in the commercial sector predominantly on industrial units. In addition to projects in the education and leisure sectors. The Project Manager will be responsible for many aspects of the projects, operating client sideand will liaise with the Cost Management team.Construction Project Manager Position Remuneration

  • Salary: £35k - £60k DOE
  • Car allowance (enhanced for hybrid / EVs)
  • Paid business mileage
  • Holiday- 25 days plus BH
  • Pension
  • Bonus scheme
  • Private Healthcare
  • Flexible working (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
  • Annual salary review
