Construction Contracts Manager:To control all aspects of installation projects from pre-bid to final account. To manage sub-contract personnel to deliver projects safety and to time, budget and quality.Key Accountabilities of Contracts Manager:To manage sub-contract installation teams to install kitchens to time, quality and cost so that company budgets and customer expectations are met.To manage the safety programme for each project in order that all risks are assessed, monitored and controlled to eliminate or minimise loss.To take full financial responsibility for each project including reporting directly to the Senior Management Team in order that costs are effectively managed in line with the PEP (Project Execution Plan) and CVR process (Construction Value Reconciliation).To ensure that projects are adequately resourced and costed at pre-bid stage and to pro-actively communicate and collaborate with the pre-bid tender team.To represent professionally the company on site and attend meetings as the senior representative for Paula Rosa Manhattan in order that customers are confident about the capability of the organisation to deliver against its commitments.To share best practice pro-actively within the organisation so that professional project management is understood widely across the business.Competencies Required:2-3 years experience of managing sub-contract construction labourAbility to organise self and othersCustomer FocusEffective prioritisation and time managementEffective verbal and written communication skills (ability to flex for the audience)Managing people to deliver performance standardsManaging budgetsProfessional representation of the CompanyAccurate & legible record keepingNetworking across sites and customersDriving licence & able to travel around a territoryProblem-solving skillsMS Office minimum of basic ability in Excel, Word etcKnowledge of kitchen make-up & installation processCSCS & SSSTS certificationsIdeally you will be located in the West Midlands are (Birmingham, Coventry, Hereford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Telford, Wolverhampton and Worcester).Note: We do not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies
