Job Description

Job Title Compliance Risk Reporting Location Birmingham Corporate Title Vice President The Compliance Risk Reporting VP sits within the Compliance Risk Management Office (CRMO) reports to the Head of Compliance Risk Assessments and is responsible for enhancement and digitisation of the Compliance Risk Profile Reporting framework. You will beperforming analysis of Compliance Risk Assessment results and highlighting key global risks, themes and issues to key stakeholders, including Compliance Management, the business, Regulators and External auditors, in addition to sustaining the Compliance RiskAppetite Metrics framework. The team operate feedback loop processes that ensure risk information is actioned across the Compliance Control Framework and aggregated into the Compliance Risk Assessment, and that enable the dynamic update of controls that mitigateCompliance Risks in response to key trigger events. Your key responsibilities
  • Developing and performing Compliance Risk Profile Reporting based on a suite of risk monitoring metrics and risk assessment results.
  • Supporting Global Head of Compliance Risk Management Office, with the enhancement and maintenance of the Risk Reporting Framework, including holistic Compliance Risk Profile reporting and ensuring the Bank-wide minimum standards are being adhered with
  • Reporting to monitor adherence to Risk Appetite via metrics and the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) to support the oversight of Compliance Risk Profile.
  • Standardising and digitising current reporting risk profile reporting
  • Preparing presentations for key stakeholders, including Regulators and external auditors
  • Performing Horizon scanning - operating processes to leverage Inherent Risk metrics and news intelligence to identify and report emerging risk
Your skills and experience
  • A financial service background.
  • Experienced Risk Management professional, with experience in Compliance, regulatory reporting and managing non-financial risk, preferably within an Investment Bank
  • Awareness of relevant regulatory environment changes & their impact on various business / infrastructure activities
  • Experienced in the design and implementation of risk reporting and metrics
  • Structured and organised approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail - ability to ensure high quality and consistency in the deliverables produced
  • Excellent stakeholder management and oral and written communication proven through report writing experience
