Job Description

  • Compliance Analyst
  • Legal Compliance Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations, with a specific focus on conflicts of interest and confidentiality protocols.
  • Conflict Resolution Expertise : A proven track record of successfully identifying, analysing, and resolving conflicts or potential conflicts in a legal environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel for document and data management.
  • Data Gathering Skills: Proficiency in using company registries and company information providers to collect Client Due Diligence (CDD) information is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, maintaining a high standard of clarity, professionalism, and accuracy.
  • Deadline Management: An ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and deliver results within tight deadlines, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Attention to Detail:Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in all tasks and responsibilities.
