Compliance Administrator - Healthcare RecruitmentBirminghamSalary: £22k to £26k depending on experienceServoca Nursing and Care / Firstpoint is a growing healthcare recruitment business affiliated to the Servoca Group, with branches across the whole of the UK. The company has gone from strength to strength with recent investment and systems developments.We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to be a part of our growing central compliance team based in the historic and vibrant gem of Birmingham, the Jewellery Quarter. If you have an eye for detail, are organised with a proven trackrecord of going above and beyond, this could be the role for you!As a Compliance Administrator you will be responsible for:Assessing candidate files, checking and signing-off on files presented by our branch network to ensure that all candidates are compliant, in line with government and NHS standards before commencing work.Training will be provided for the right candidate, all we ask is you have:

  • Proven record of attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Previous experience working within a busy admin environment;
  • Excellent organisational skills / ability to prioritise workload;
  • Good level of general education;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels both in person and over the telephone;
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with strong customer service skills;
  • Prior experience in compliance (preferred) and / or audits
