Job Description

This exciting role calls for an experienced Communications Manager to help shape and deliver innovative and impactful PR strategies in the Media & Agency industry. Based in Birmingham, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing brand reputationand enhancing visibility.Client DetailsOur client is a leading luxury retail company in the UK. Employing over 200 people, the firm has a strong presence in the retail industry and is renowned for its dedication to creativity and innovation.Description

  • Develop and implement strategic PR and communications plans, internally and externally.
  • Liaise with media outlets and handle media inquiries.
  • Coordinate all public relations activities and events.
  • Manage content creation for press releases, articles and keynote presentations.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on PR results on a quarterly basis.
  • Develop and maintain the companys corporate image and identity.
  • Manage agency partners to ensure deliverables align with company objectives.
  • Lead projects as assigned, within budget and timelines.
ProfileA successful PR and Comms Manager should have:
  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in public relations, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Experience of both internal and external communications.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of project management and performance measurement.
  • Strong media relations and networking skills.
  • Experience in managing PR agencies and contractors.
  • Proficiency in handling PR software and tools.
