(please make your manager aware at application stage)Who we needWe are looking for a GIS and Mapping expert to lead on the development and delivery of a new mapping protocol for the Commonwealth Games. The role will work across TfWM, the Birmingham 2022 Organising Committee and Local Authorities to oversee a coordinated and integrated GIS and mapping function.You will be responsible for establishing procedures and quality assurance activities to support the sharing and dissemination of geospatial data and the maintenance of a high quality, efficient service. You will also lead a small team of geospatial data analysts and mappers in delivering a high quality mapping service for TfWM Commonwealth Games team.
