From the laying of the first foundation you will lead the commissioning of the home, from deciding on the colour schemes and layout, setting up and working to new budgets, maximising occupancy and building solid relationships with local authorities.Residents will be at the forefront of everything that you do, ensuring that you are making every day better, supporting their development and growth and enabling them to reach their full potential.This is not your usual 9-5 role; it does require some flexibility but its a varied fast paced career which will be extremely rewarding.Earning up to £75,000 a year, the Home Manager is an integral part of the team.
