The Role Amongst experts and industry-renowned Partner, you will act on non-contentious commercial matters with technology,e-commerce, privacy, consumer, IP, advertising, marketing and media law. You will be working on a wide range of commercial contracts for the procurement and supply of all types of goods and services. You will be supporting clients on substantial transactionspertaining to systems integration, outsourcing, logistics together with a multitude of IT transactions acting for both suppliers and users of tech-based solutions in relation to cybersecurity, data, and e-commerce matters. The team is growing due to continuedinvestment, with Birmingham office being a key area of focus for the firm, as they look to draw work away from London. Culturally, the team are energetic, friendly and have a track record of internal promotion. The Partners are keen to mentor, with the firmalso seeing your development as a strategic obligation.
