A leading manufacturer of acrylic sheets and composites are looking for a National Sales Manager/Commercial Sales Manager who will be based in the UK but may need to travel to Europe. This is an exciting role because you will be working for a market leaderin this space, there is a generous package & a great team! £65k-£75k OTE Annual Bonus + £7200 car allowance + lots of benefits. You will:*Come from a MANUFACTURING background, this is a Must. *You will manage a team of 2 Area Sales Managers*You will focus on New Business and Account Management - we still want a HUNTER*You will be based near the Midlands - Territory will be from the Midlands to the North.*Having experience selling to OEMs: Sanitaryware, Vehicle, Building and Construction is desirable not a must.*Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably with experience in multi-level sales and with OEMs and experience of back selling preferred *A strong understand of P & L *Experience in working with multiple plants/sites *Clear Hunter Mindset *Entrepreneurial attitudeKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES *Guiding and leading sales negotiations *Prepare customer communications and ensure a consistent approach on price politic and products *Work closely with the internal and external sales team to drive the strategy and sustain competitive advantage and grow market share *Secure strong market position and further development of the markets and brands in the area *Transfer and implementation of the overall Sales Strategy in the area *Ensure profitable growth in line with the objectives of the business unit *Supporting own customers (OEM, processors).
