Job Title: Commercial Area ManagerSalary: £40,000 + £5k car allowanceLocation: BirminghamBenefits:£40,000 plus car allowance of £5,000Medical Cover5% company pension contributionDiscrepancy bonus25 days holiday plus bank holidaysBirthday day offInternal company benefitsKey Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day parking operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.Analyse financial data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue optimisation and cost control.Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue performance through marketing initiatives and customer-centric market propositions.Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities.Maintain relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance service offerings and customer experience.Oversee the smooth functioning of parking sites, addressing operational issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.Supervise staff to ensure efficient operation of parking facilities, resolving any customer inquiries or complaints promptly.Monitor revenue streams and implement strategies to maximise profitability, including pricing optimisation and value-added services.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations.Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any facility maintenance or repair needs.Requirements:Proven experience In the parking industry will be a huge advantage.
