One of my clients is currently recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. They are a West Midlands/Birmingham based practice with over 100 staff in 1 office but with some of the best flexibility and hybridworking arrangements in the area.The successful Solicitor will be taking on a mixed caseload of matters to include contract disputes, such as restrictive covenant claims, IT contract disputes, sale of goods and supply of services disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, warrantyand indemnity claims, IP disputes and injunctive relief matters.
