Job Description

CNC Field Service Engineer - £48,000 - £52,000 OTE - Midlands Based with UK TravelAre you a CNC enthusiast with a knack for precision engineering Our renowned European Machine Tool Manufacturing client is expanding its horizons and looking for a CNC Field Service Engineer to join their team.The roleAs a high precision machine tool manufacturer, theyve built their reputation on excellence and innovation. Their worldwide distribution network caters to industry leaders across diverse sectors, and now, gearing up to bolster their Field Service team.You will take responsibility for:

  • Installation and commissioning of CNC Lathe machines at customer sites.
  • Provide onsite repair and preventive maintenance of CNC Lathe Machines.
  • Diagnose faults, repair, or replace equipment.
  • Attend customer sites in the UK.
  • Servicing Bar Feed & Sliding Head CNC Machines.
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
  • Over 5 years of CNC Turning (Fanuc or Mitsubishi) experience.
  • High Axis Machining
  • Exposure to Sliding head lathes.
  • Electrical skills / Fault Finding ability.
  • Driving License.
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
  • HNC qualification or apprentice-trained in engineering.
  • Previous Field service experience.
What is on offerOn offer is the chance to join a large CNC machine tool specialist within the UK. With a salary of £48,000-£52,000 (OTE). The position is available due to growth within the business.
