This is an unparalleled opportunity to impact lives and thrive in an environment where your work directly translates into meaningful advancements in healthcare.Role Overview:As a Cloud Solutions Engineer (Azure SaaS & MS DevOps), you will join the software development team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our Azure SaaS infrastructure and optimizing MS DevOps practices. Reporting to the Head of Software Development, youwill contribute to the development, management, and optimization of cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare industry standards.Key Responsibilities:- Design, script, and automate advanced Azure infrastructure as code (IaC) for SaaS solutions.- Automate deployment and scaling processes within Azure to enhance efficiency and reliability for client-facing applications.- Set up and manage quality control gates in the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring high-quality code delivery.- Collaborate with development teams to support coding tasks, adopting a developer-friendly approach in DevOps practices.- Monitor and maintain internal and production environments, using Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics for troubleshooting.- Lead the integration of containerization technologies like Docker, with plans for future Kubernetes deployments.- Oversee Microsoft Intune and Defender 365 administration for BYOD and security compliance.- Ensure infrastructure decisions align with healthcare compliance standards like Cyber Essentials and NHS Digital Technology Assessment Criteria.Core Skills:- Expertise in Azure infrastructure management for SaaS using tools like Bicep, ARM Templates, or Terraform.- Skills in configuring CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, YAML, Azure Pipelines, and Classic.- Expertise with PowerShell and Azure CLI.- Strong programming abilities, especially in scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash.- Proficient in GIT repository management, applying best practices for version control and code merging.Desirable Skills:- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).- Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative project management.- Interest in AI/Machine Learning applications within SaaS solutions.- Familiarity with healthcare data management technologies (FHIR, Microsoft Health Data Services, OpenEHR).- Basic understanding of frontend and backend development (Vue.js, .NET Core C#).- Experience with administration tasks in a Microsoft environment, particularly
