Clinical Training Manager - OphthalmicSalary: Attractive with company car and excellent BenefitsBenefits: Car, BUPA, 25 days Holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme (Comp 7.5% Employee 4.8%), Life Assurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance.A Clinical Training Manager is required by an established medical device manufacturer to manage and lead the clinical and surgical training function by developing training programmes in-line with the companys strategic educational plan.We require candidates to have significant experience within the Ophthalmic industry and with a good solid clinical background including knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical clinical practice, diagnostic instruments, surgical instruments, surgicalimplants, procedures and consumables.The Clinical Training Manager will develop, cultivate and manage relationships with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and suppliers.
