The service is 33 beds at maximum capacity and specialises in elderly frail nursing and non-challenging dementia care; the site boasts communal lounges, landscaped gardens, a pet farm and an on-site bistroAs a Clinical Lead here you will assist the sites Nurse qualified Home Manager in the running of the home and ensuring the delivery of high-end clinical care by managing medicines, audit control, staff management as well as training and development, this rolewill be largely supernumerary.
