Clinical leadLocation: Kings Heath, Birmingham £40,000 per annum + Benefits Hours: Days - 35 hour contract Shifts: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pmTime Healthcare are assisting an exceptional not for profit, charitable organisation in their search for a Clinical Lead join this OUTSTANDING service in the heart of Birmingham; having been a successful charity operating since 1946. The service has been recently inspected and awarded good in all areas with CQC; this is the perfect time to join their well-established; long standing team as a Clinical Lead as they strive to continue to uphold clinical excellence; governance and maintainhigh standards. The service is 33 beds at maximum capacity and specialises in elderly frail nursing and non-challenging dementia care; the site boasts communal lounges, landscaped gardens, a pet farm and an on-site bistroAs a Clinical Lead here you will assist the sites Nurse qualified Home Manager in the running of the home and ensuring the delivery of high-end clinical care by managing medicines, audit control, staff management as well as training and development, this rolewill be largely supernumerary.
