Job Description

Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Clinical Lead to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) based in Birmingham.The salary for this permanent Clinical Lead job is £55,000 per annum.Duties:

  • Provide their therapy expertise and clinical leadership in conjunction with our Operations team
  • Practice in your clinician role in holding a caseload while also applying your leadership skills, experiences and interests to enhance and develop the clinical services offerings and governance provided at the Wellbeing Centre
  • Have a strong link with the clinical leads of the other Wellbeing Centres, allow for great clinical support as well as collaborative clinical innovation work
Requirements of the Clinical Lead:
  • Relevant qualification
  • In addition to your specialist therapeutic competence, you must have excellent organisational and communication skills, and be conscientious with regards to report writing and keeping patient records
  • Be willing to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure &
  • Barring Service
  • A passionate and enthusiastic Clinical Lead
  • An experienced clinical leader and clinical with strong evidence based training and knowledge acquired in an acute mental health setting
  • Be BABCP Accredited or HCPC Registered Psychologist - those Working Towards Accreditation may also be considered and we welcome a discussionBe double vaccinated against Covid-19 and to provide evidence of this before you are able to commence employment with us, or provide a valid medical exemption
  • Willing to undertake a DBS check
