Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Administrator to join a top tier investment management and financial planning practice. Idex are pleased to be supporting this prestigious client search for a candidate with suitable experience who is seeking a progressive career opportunity. The primary duties for this role includes providing support for an Investment Manager Partner ensuring excellent client service is met. This role offers flexibility to work from home and from offices in central Birmingham.Accountabilities:

  • To work closely with Investment Managers ensuring excellent client outcomes
  • Maintain close relationships with clients and maintain regular contact
  • Updating back-office systems and client records
  • Liaise with internal teams
  • Transactional administration linked with IM
  • Preparation for IM client meetings and business presentations
Knowledge and attributes:
  • Experience gained supporting investment professionals
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication skill and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player with a hands-on motivated approach
