SF Recruitment are working with a service business based in Birmingham in the recruitment of an interim Client Accountant / Property Accountant. The project is due to last until the end of October 2022 and there are multiple roles available.The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of a system migration, moving important client property information from an existing internal Tramps property platform, onto a client led tool - Yardi Voyager ( Yardi 7). Working on knowledge of this systemis an advantage but is not essential.THIS ROLE IS FULLY REMOTE.At this level, role holders are driving delivery of project tasks from initiation to successful conclusion, and are heavily involved in data cleansing , ETL Script reviews , UAT Testing on platforms and supporting our Client Finance team during the projecttimeline.Key Responsibilities: Support completion of Testing Scenarios & validate with the Business Data Cleanse of Properties to be Migrated to AI Yardi - Service Charge , Rent arrears , Tennant recoverability Prepare data extracts in ETL format for Properties in scope for migration Clear Financial Balances for Sold Properties ETL File Testing and production sessions / workshop UAT End user Testing Own additional BAU responsibilities if the BAU team are required to step into the project space for any reason Develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and actively share information and knowledge across the organisation.Experience & Competencies: Project / Operational experience delivering to deadlines from concept to implementation. Financial shared services / operations experience in a corporate property environment. Knowledge of property management systems such as Tramps , Yardi , Yardi Voyager Excellent organisational and planning skills. Strong Stakeholder management skills with examples of working with and alongside various levels of seniority. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to all levels. Demonstrable experience of the ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities across different projects being run in parallel. Able to take ownership and responsibility for own work. IT proficient in MS Office. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and problem solving
