Expansion means they are seeking both experience Business Travel Consultants, as well as Leisure Travel professionalswith an understanding of GDS who wish to move into the corporate world. This role offers hybrid working (offices in Birmingham, a competitive basic of £20k - £28k pa plus amazing and extensive benefits (read on!)DUTIES:- Taking enquires over the phone and via e-mail from clients- Dealing with a wide variety of travel needs for business clients- Offering excellent customer service and building a rapport with clients- For air reservations you will book domestic, low cost, European and worldwide airfares- Other reservations will include: rail, hotels, car hire and dealing with passports and visas.- Using Amadeus GDS and in house systems- The requirement is that they are preferably office based (Birmingham Alpha Tower) but a hybrid arrangement may also be acceptable- Shifts are: Mon - Fri 0700-1900hrs (so varying shifts) and is a 39.5 hour contract per week.
