Job Description

vThe Company:Our client provides practical, high quality and commercially relevant legal advice to public, private and third sector organisations. Their experience includes working with clients across central and local government, NHS commissioning and provider organisations,housing associations and private sector companies.The Job:We are delighted to be assisting our client with their vacancy for a Business Support Services Administrator in central Birmingham

  • Electronic filing using a document management systems
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post
  • Compiling electronic bundles
  • Conflict searching and Matter opening
  • Processing incoming requests via the departmental inboxes
  • Reprographics
  • Maintaining stationery supplies
The Person:For this role, our client is ideally looking for someone with
  • Customer service driven, with a concern for accuracy and an eye for detail
  • IT literate with a working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload effectively
  • Enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible.Willing to contribute and support others as part of a team
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
The Benefits:Employer Contribution Pension, Life Insurance , Group Income Protection, 25 days annual leave and other benefitsThe Hours:36.25 per week, working shifts between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday,The Location:Central Birmingham, no car parking (100% office based)The Salary: £20,546
