Job Description

Business Development Manager (Unified Communications)Competitive Salary Package & BenefitsOffice Locations; Birmingham, Warrington, London & BristolWe are currently working in partnership with one of the UKs largest independently owned communication solutions providers, delivering a range of products and services, UK wide.Our client pride themselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience, every time, which is evidenced by their industry leading Net Promoter Score of 80+. They place great emphasis on the relationships we build with their customers, ensuring we deliverproducts and services which will benefit them, their business, and their teams.The Role:They currently have opportunities available to join their Unified Communications sales teams, where you will focus on either selling mobile or telephony and connectivity products to new / prospective customers. This role sees the successful candidate joinour team of 150 staff across 10 UK based offices, where youll have the opportunity to work with globally recognised and prestigious brands such as Vodafone (we were awarded their Customer Value Management Partner of the Year 2022/2023) and Samsung (we wereawarded their Authorised Partner of the Year 2022/2023)Duties will include;

  • Generating your own meetings through business development activity & networking,
  • Proposing the right solution to best fit a potential customers needs,
  • Managing your sales pipeline,
  • Acting as a point of contact throughout, proactively working with our project management team and incoming account manager
  • Working with internal departments to promote cross selling across our clients product portfolio,
  • Work within our clients values, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout
They are specifically looking for candidates that have current experience of working as a business development manager in the telco space.You will enjoy working autonomously, be pro-active and have the proven ability of calling and networking to generate new business opportunities.This is a predominantly field-based role, therefore a driving license is essential.Benefits:You will receive;
