Job Description

  • Business Development Manager working for a highly ambitious, fast growing EMEA Distributor of PV modules and inverters
  • Working with electric wholesalers, commercial installers and dealing with large project via EPCs
  • Field sales role covering the Midlands/ Bristol region
  • Distributor of major brands within the solar industry
  • Fully autonomous position with uncapped commission
Business Development ManagerThe Role: This Business Development Manager role is covering the South West and Midlands region, where you will be selling a vast range of solar products, inverters and batteries. The products are various brands of Solar PV modules and inverters,with your market sectors being wholesalers and commercial installers. Points of contact will range from regional and national buyers, at the wholesale level, to Managing Directors/Owners/ Procurement, at branch level. The Business Development Manager rolewill be responsible for finding and growing new business across the Midlands/Bristol, developing the market in the region; whilst analysing competition and developing new strategies alongside the rest of the team.The Company: Our client was founded in 2020, originating in the Netherlands and Germany. They have experienced rapid growth in over 37 markets, and almost monthly office openings. Our client has now expanded to MENA and the UK, in pursuitof global market saturation. They offer professional development in an international, fast-growing company, and an attractive bonus scheme in a friendly, motivational working atmosphere. In just 3 years they have taken the business from a start up to over£150 million.We are looking for individuals to meet the following criteria:
  • At least 3 years in sales, preferrable in renewables/wholesalers
  • Self-starter whos taken a product to new RTMs in the UK
  • Entrepreneurial and hungry to earn BIG OTE
  • Full and clean driving licence
  • Willingness to travel
  • Team player attitude
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic salary + uncapped commission £35K+ paid monthly + £700 car allowance or company car + PensionCandidate location: Midlands/Bristol/Gloucester/Hereford/Worcester
