Business Development Executive - Industrial & Driving Sector - West Midlands or East Midlands - Remote or Hybrid. Take the first step towards an enriching career by applying today.BDE Responsibilities - Not limited toSales* Achieve targets for daily & weekly activity for new client canvass calls and spec calls.* Achieve targets for new client sales and service meetings.* Take responsibility for winning larger volume clients across the region. Selling up to 30 temps £30k GP / £300k turnover level* Achieve sales targets in line with company expectation for gross profit per week / month / per annum, generated from individual sales efforts.* Maintain ratios on KPI documents in line with, or better than, company benchmarks.* Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources.* Be proactive on work based social media to ensure contact with all clients in the local area.* Adhere to agreed work / action plans.* Obtain maximum business levels by selling recruitment solutions over the telephone and face to face using targets as set by Business Manager* Calculate rates for clients to comply with Delegation of responsibility levels.* Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunity* Ensure Access CRM Sales Flow is continually updated.* Work with the Bid Team in producing tenders/presentations for clients.* Attend networking events to gain market intelligence and leads whilst promoting the Gi brand.* Sell over minimum two regions.* Look to optimise networking of client sites over the geographical region.BDE - SkillsEvidence of at least 2 years occupational success in a sales / recruitment environment.* Excellent communication* Arithmetical competence* MethodicalProblem solving skills.* Negotiation skills* Time Management Skills* Ability to work under pressure.* Networking Skills* Self-Motived* Must be flexible and when required and be willing to have responsibility for the out of hours phone where required.Gi Group iCIMS is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
